Villa 168 is a semi-detached unit situated on the Clarens Golf & Leisure Estate.

The three level home has 2 en suite bedrooms. The main bedroom, on the upper level, has a queen size bed and the en-suite bathroom has both a bath and a shower. The second bedroom is on the entrance level and has twin beds. This bathroom has both bath and shower facilities.

The open plan living area is situated on the ground floor and has sliders to a large patio fitted with a wood/charcoal braai (wood not provided).  The living room has a TV with DStv and a gas fireplace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with under counter oven/ hob and microwave oven.

The gas fireplace is available during colder months (May – August) – gas can be PRE-ORDERED at an additional cost.

There is a six seater dining area for relaxed holiday meals. The patio also has a table and chairs for the summer months when meals can be enjoyed outside.

Linen and towels are provided.

Housekeeping service is provided at no extra cost, Mondays to Saturdays (excludes Christmas Day and New Year’s Day) and consists of making up beds, washing dishes, sweeping the floor and cleaning of bathrooms.
Towels are provided but not replaced daily.
