Unit 1:
Glen Eagles 1 has to option to be rented as a 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom unit sleeping 6 guests or a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit sleeping 4 guests.
Bedroom 1 and 2 can alternate between 2 x single beds OR 1 x king size bed (electric blankets on beds)
The en-suite bathrooms have showers only
The third ‘bedroom’ has separate external entrance with a queen size bed (electric blanket) , open plan bathroom (with a shower) and a small kitchenette. The cottage has a Smart TV (no DStv)
Unit 2:
2 bedroom / 2 bathroom unit that can accommodate up to 4 guests. Both bedrooms can alternate between 2 x single beds OR 1 x king size bed (electric blankets on beds). The en-suite bathrooms have showers only.
Each bed has an electric blanket (winter months)
The open plan living / dining area at each unit has sliders to a large patio with a built-in wood burning braai.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob / electric oven, a fridge, microwave and dishwasher.
The living area has a big screen smart TV with a DStv Business Stay Basic package.
There is a Nespresso coffee machine in each unit – Please remember to bring your own coffee pods (standard Nespresso pods).

Some plugs are not connected to the back system.
A wood burning fireplace in the lounge of each unit is perfect for our chilly Clarens winters.
One bag of complementary firewood is supplied during winter months (May – August)
Additional wood can be pre-ordered throughout the year at R45 per bag.
These units are mountain bike friendly, with 2 bicycle sheds (Each unit has 1 bike shed), where bicycles can be stored safely. Each shed is also equipped with an e-bike charging station and a washing bay.
These north facing units have mountain views. There is also a single covered carport per unit.
This establishment is not pet friendly.

For your convenience, there is a safe in the main bedroom of unit 1 & unit 2 – use at own risk.
RATES*
The rates are R570pppn, R285pppn for children under 12 years, no charge for children under 3 years
Unit 1 – 3 bedrooms:
Minimum rate of R2850.00 per night when less than 5 adults.
Minimum rate of R3300.00 per night over long weekends and in demand period.
Unit 1 & 2 – 2 bedrooms:
Minimum rate of R1700.00 per night when less than 3 adults.
Minimum rate of R2200.00 per night applies over long weekend and in demand periods.
Refundable breakage deposit
Additional wood can be pre-ordered throughout the year at R40 per bag
Housekeeping service is provided at no extra cost, Mondays to Saturdays (excludes Christmas Day and New Year’s Day) and consists of making up beds, washing dishes, sweeping the floor and cleaning of bathrooms. Towels are provided but not replaced daily.
MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENT
Weekends and School holidays – 2 nights
Long weekends – 3 – 4 nights dependent on long weekend dates
Easter weekend – 4 nights
December school holidays- 3 nights
Midweek and very quiet weekends – 1 night plus surcharge
