Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds and the third has 2 single beds.
The house has 2 bathrooms, one en-suite with a bath and a shower and the second has a shower. Each room has its own TV with DStv access. For your convenience, there is a lock box available in every room.

Clarens @ 103 has an open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen from which sliders open onto a large patio with a built in braai. The lounge has a 4th TV with DSTV (Commercial Package) and a wood burning fireplace.

The house has backup power during loadshedding.The kitchen is fully equipped. There is an ice machine and Nespresso coffee maker (please bring own pods)

The veranda offers stunning views of the golf course, village and mountains an has a 6 seater dining set and built in braai.

The house has a solar/inverter system (geysers and oven not connected)

There is undercover parking for 2 cars.

One complimentary bag of wood is supplied.
Additional bags of wood can be pre-ordered throughout the year at R45 per bag.

Storage room available for excess baggage and sport equipment.

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets

Housekeeping service is provided at no extra cost, Mondays to Saturdays (excludes Christmas Day and New Year’s Day) and consists of making up beds, washing dishes, sweeping the floor and cleaning of bathrooms.
Towels are provided but not replaced daily.
